NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT OCTOBER 9th, 2007


		The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in special session in the Justice of the Peace, Pct. #3 Courtroom, 301 S.E. Inner Loop, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:

		1. Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to two minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

		2. Read and approve the minutes of the last meeting.

		3. Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, and Wire Transfers submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.

		4. Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Unified System.

		CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. The Judge or a Commissioner may pull any item from the consent agenda in order that the court discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda. ( Items 5 – 8 )

	5.	Consider authorizing the transfer of computer equipment from the Auditor's Office to Auction. (Complete list filed with official minutes) Click to View

	6.	Consider noting in the minutes the vacation of Public Utility Easement between Lots 13 and 14 in The Lookout at Brushy Creek. Pct. #4 Click to View

	8.	Consider approving Justice of the Peace Pct. #4 monthly report in compliance with code of criminal procedure 103.005(b).

Discuss and Authorize the issuance of a notice of termination to the Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) relating to the termination of the Agreement effective February 1, 2007 between Williamson County and CCA relating to detention services at the T. 	17.	Discuss authorizing the issuance of a letter which would give ICE the authority to directly communicate with Corrections Corporation of America relating to specific matters pertaining to the services provided at the T. Don Hutto Residential Facility. Click to View

	19.	Discuss and take appropriate action on designating an authorized representative as required by Chapter 311 of the Texas Tax Code to act on behalf of the County in connection with any further meeetings on the proposed Rivery Park Reinvestment Zone in the City of Georgetown. Click to View
