NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT 
OCTOBER 2ND, 2007

 
             
 
The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Justice of the Peace, Pct. #3 Courtroom, 301 S.E. Inner Loop, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:

 
 
1.   Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to two minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.
 
 
2.   Read and approve the minutes of the last meeting.
 
 
3.   Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, and Wire Transfers submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
 
 
4.   Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Unified System.
 
 
CONSENT AGENDA
The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. The Judge or a Commissioner may pull any item from the consent agenda in order that the court discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda.

6.   Consider approving Property Tax Collections for August 2007 as determined by Tax Assessor/Collector.
 
7.   Consider approving Project Budget Transfer from 2001 Road Bond monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: move $200,000.00 from P65 CR 258 and $175,000.00 from P29 CR 272 to P83 San Gabriel Parkway.
 
8.   Consider approving Project Budget Transfer from 2001 Road Bond monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: close out P21 and move $11,053.00 to P124 CR 179.
 
9.   Consider approving Project Budget Transfer from 2001 Road Bond monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: move $200,000.00 from P87 Lakeline Boulevard to P71 McNeil Road and move $800,000.00 from P87 Lakeline Boulevard to P129 RM 620 Interim Improvements.
 
10.   Consider approving Project Budget Transfer from 2001 Road Bond monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: move $2500,000.00 from P18 US 79, close out P135 Hutto Trails then move $389.00, close out P153 Cottonwood Creek $500,000.00 and move $125,000.00 from P122 FM 1660 to P45 Gattis School Road.
 
11.   Consider approving Project Budget Transfer from 2001 Road Bond monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: close out P33 SH 130/Moken then move $$92,627.00 and close out P17 US 183A then move $11,817.00 to P154 IH-35 Frontage Roads.
 
12.   Consider approving Project Budget Transfer from 2001 Road Bond monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: move $1,000,000.00 from P92 Project Non Departmental 2001 Road Bond to P149 SH 195 ROW.
 
13.   Consider approving Project Budget Transfer from 2001 Road Bond monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: move $1,000,000.00 from P92 Project Non Departmental 2001 Road Bond to P13 Reagan Boulevard.
 
14.   Consider approving Project Budget Transfer from 2001 Road Bond monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: move $500,000.00 from P92 Project Non Departmental 2001 Road Bond to P06 Chandler Road.
 
15.   Discuss and consider approving the final plat of Stone House Estates. Pct. #2
 
16.   Discuss and consider adding “signage” to license agreement between Williamson County and The Unity Church of the Hills. (scrivener’s error on Item #12, 4/24/07.)
 
  REGULAR AGENDA
 
17.   Discuss and take appropriate action on contractual relationships expressed in both the Inter-Governmental Service Agreement between the United States Department of Homeland Security/U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Williamson County, Texas and in the operation agreement between Williamson County, Texas and Corrections Corporation of America concerning the T. Don Hutto Residential Facility.
 
18.   Discuss and take appropriate action on granting the United States Department of Homeland Security/U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement authority to communicate directly with Corrections Corporation of America on specific matters relating to the T. Don Hutto Residential Facility.
 
19.   Discuss and consider approving the replat of North San Gabriel Ranches, a replat of lot 1 and tract 35. Pct. #2
 
20.   Discuss and take appropriate action on road bond program.
 
21.   Consider approving Chandler Road Ph 2 in Pct. #4 proposed road closures/traffic control plan.
 
22.   Hear Monthly Construction Summary Report for October 2007 from HNTB.
 
23.   Discuss and take appropriate action on switching responsibility and maintenance of CR 309 from the City of Jarrell to Williamson County and Avenue A from Williamson County to the City of Jarrell.
 
24.   Consider approving Klotz Associates, Inc. Supplemental #1 to their PSA for the US 79, sect. 3 Pass Through Finance Project increasing their compensation cap to allow for additional work authorizations.
 
25.   Consider authorizing County Judge to execute an agreement with TxDOT regarding acquisition of right-of-way for widening of SH 195 from IH 35 to Reagan Blvd..
 
26.   Discuss and take appropriate action on various County parks and trails projects.
 
27.   Discuss and take appropriate action on GISD Water Line Easement.
 
28.   Consider approving Professional Service Agreement for medical services at the Williamson County Jail.
 
29.   Discuss and take appropriate action on loan of water tanks and stand.
