The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1. Review and approval of minutes.
 
2.
Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Division.
 
 
3.
Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.

 
 
4.
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. The Judge or a Commissioner may pull any item from the consent agenda in order that the court discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda.

5.   Discuss and take appropriate action to establish an additional $100 cash drawer for Civil/Probate Division of the County Clerk’s office.
 
6.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve Justice of the Peace, Pct. 4, November 2017 Monthly Report in compliance with Code of Crim. Proc. § 103.005.
 
7.   Consider approving property tax refunds over $2,500.00 for the month of November 2017 for the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector.

11.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding acceptance of donation to the Williamson County Animal Shelter of a 2005 Sabre Bass Cat Boat from Deborah Lea Thomas pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't Code § 81.032.
 
12.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on acknowledging the correction of county records for a 1997 Ford F800 to a 1998 Ford F800 so that this vehicle may be auctioned.
 
13.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the disposal of various county assets through auction including (1) 2013 Chevy Tahoe, (1) 2008 Chevy Impala and (1) 1990 utility trailer (see attached lists) pursuant to Tx. Local Gov't Code 263.152.
 
14.   Discuss, consider and take action on acknowledging the Purchasing Department's monthly report of asset inter-departmental transfers through the period of Dec.5th 2017 through Jan.4th 2018.

35.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Texas Avenue Remodel Project; Change Order # 12 in the amount of $4,755.13 for relocating existing service window and associated work, which was executed by Bob Lubecker, Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, pursuant to the previous grant of authority under Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code. 36.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Cedar Park Tax Office Remodel Project; Change Order # 5 in the amount of $12,022.00 for additional concrete and handrail work necessary to complete the drive through structure as designed, which was executed by Bob Lubecker, Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, pursuant to the previous grant of authority under Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code. This change order is being funded out of the Owners Contingency.
 
37.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Sheriff’s Office Training Center Project; Change Order #11 in the amount of $2,582.21 for interior signage, which was executed by Gary Wilson, Director of Williamson County Facilities, pursuant to the previous grant of authority under Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code. This change order is being funded by the Owners Signage Allowance.
 
38.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Sheriff’s Office Training Center Project; Change Order #38 in the amount of $12,383.00 for flooring revisions to change polished concrete areas to vinyl tile, which was executed by Gary Wilson, Director of Williamson County Facilities, pursuant to the previous grant of authority under Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code. This change order is being funded by the Construction Managers Contingency.
 
39.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Sheriff’s Office Training Center Project; Change Order #39 in the amount of $4,872.28 for the interior signage entrance marquee, which was executed by Gary Wilson, Director of Williamson County Facilities, pursuant to the previous grant of authority under Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code. This change order is being funded by the Owners Signage Allowance.
 
40.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Sheriff’s Office Training Center Project; Change Order #40 in the amount of $8,560.00 for flooring revisions to change the sealed concrete areas to vinyl tile, which was executed by Gary Wilson, Director of Williamson County Facilities, pursuant to the previous grant of authority under Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code. This change order is being funded by the Construction Managers Contingency.
 
41.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment 1 under Williamson County Contract between Surveying and Mapping LLC and Williamson County dated February 9, 2015 for surveying services for Road & Bridge Division. This amendment is to increase the maximum amount payable to $375,000. The current Work Authorization dollar amount will remain the same.
