Discuss and take appropriate action to approve the First Amendment To The Williamson County Professional Services Agreeement for Medical Direction of EMS.

Background

This is the first amendment to the original agreement approved in 2011 to commensurate with the increase in salary for Medical Direction. This amendment was approved by the County Attorney's office and funding was approved and budgeted for the current fiscal year.
