Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding approval of amendment to Non-Construction Advance Funding Agreement for an On System and Off System Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Deployment Project with TxDOT to revise project budget amounts and eligible funding figures, and also authorize County Judge to sign contract and related documentation.
Background
This is an update to the current agreement that revises the end date and dollar amounts to reflect work already completed.
