Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting the termination notice from George R. Bell in relation to the residential lease of the property located 9769 HWY 29 W, Georgetown, Texas, 78628, which effectively terminates the residential leasehold and all subtenancies as of February 16, 2015.

Background

This termination would be for convenience upon the Commissioners Court's approval. See attached letter from George R. Bell. The rent will be prorated and paid as of February 16, 2015. A new lease offering/RFP process may be conducted once the property is vacated and made ready for a new tenant.
