Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on appointing Mary Sue "Susie" Smith Fontenot to the Weir ESD #6 open board position commencing effective immediately and continuing thereafter until December 31, 2016.

Background

Susie Fontenot will fill the open position left by Charles Dittman. Application is available on request. Candidate was not interviewed since she has successfully held a position on the board at ESD #6 in the past. Susie has been a Williamson County Employee at Emergency Communications since 2000.
