Consider approving revised Change Order No. 10, a cost savings in the amount of -$380,654.31 for Ronald Reagan North Ph 3, a Road Bond Project in Precinct 3.

Background

This revised final Change Order replaces the Change Order No. 10 previously approved by Commissioners Court on 10/28/2014 and provides for balancing the overrun/underrun of some Contract quantities for the Project as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plan quantities. This Change Order also adds new Contract items for the final small signs and striping due to changes in the signs and markings layouts at the Sun City Blvd, RM 2338, and CR 245 intersections.
