Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving an agreement with Mo'mix Solutions, Inc for the annual subscription and maintenance of the Performance Center and MyGovCenter.

Background

The monies for these agreements were approved in the IT budget and legal has reviewed the agreements. These are annual agreements to run from October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015. These agreements are for maintenance and support for the Performance Center and MyGovCenter.
