Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive proposals for Prioritized Unit Master Alerting (PUMA)for Williamson County Emergency Communications, RFP#15RFP115.

Background

Williamson County is requesting sealed proposals for the design, equipment and installation of an alerting system to automatically voice call detail over the existing Radio System and send alerts to first responders via an alternative method such as SMS, alphanumeric pager and/or Smart device application.
