Background
This is the next phase of the Siena development. It consists of 141 single-family lots and 6,616 feet of new public roads. All roadway and drainage improvements have been completed with the exception of a concrete channel in the storm detention basin. A performance bond has been posted to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
