Background

This is the fourth phase of the Mission Oaks development, located along the west side of CR 245 and north of Ronald Reagan. It consists of 29 single-family lots and 2,188 feet of new roadway. Construction is not yet complete, but a letter of credit in the amount of $486,446.75 has been posted with the County to cover the remaining street and drainage construction.
