Discuss and take appropriate action on a Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Agreement Between Owner and Contractor relating to the structural repairs of the Williamson County Parking Garage and the exemption of the repairs described therein from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for an item necessary because of unforeseen damage to public property, as set forth under Section 262.024(a)(3) of the Texas Local Government Code.
  Senior Director of Infrastructure Bob Daigh addressed the Court. This item was moved to Executive Session where no action was taken. After reconvening from Executive Session, the Court took action on this item.
