Discuss and take appropriate action and approve the funding of the new cash drawer/petty cash fund- Criminal Cash Till $100.00 and Petty Cash $500.00 for Williamson County District Clerk.

Background

The need for criminal till is to allow criminal intake to take in monies for criminal court costs and fines. At this time they are sent to another clerk when monies are to be paid. Petty cash drawer is needed to prevent multiple runs to bank for change during the day for the clerks that handle the moneys for fees and costs at front window.
