To discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for JP2 to move funds to the Temp Labor/Seasonal Help line item.

Background

We currently have a Temporary-Seasonal employee who has now moved into the Part-Time Position. We need to move the money in order to pay the last pay period as Temp-Seasonal employee. The next pay period will be paid from the Part-Time Salaries 20-30 HRS/WK line item.
