Consider awarding proposal received for Consultant to Develop the 2014-2018 Consolidated HUD Plan, 14RFP00210 to the best proposal meeting specifications – WFN Consulting, LLC and approving the Agreement for execution.

Background

This proposal was facilitated to select a consultant to develop the 2014 through 2018 Consolidated HUD Plan. WFN was one of three proposers; Their price quote for the project was $35,500. The evaluation committee members were: Sally Bardwell, Community Development Administrator, Judge Dan Gattis, Williamson County Judge, Jennifer Bills, Housing Coordinator for City of Georgetown and Greg Boatright, City Manager for Liberty Hill.
