Discuss and take appropriate action on approving Software License Agreements for SessionWorks Judge Edition (Enterprise) and SessionWorks Clerk Edition (Enterprise) with Tyler Technologies.
Background

Both editions were added to the Master Interlocal Agreement for participation in the Urban Counties Techshare Program. This includes Poject Management, Setup, Configuration, Consulting, Training & Go-live Assistance for both modules. Total contract price for the Judge Edition $77,795.00; Clerk Edition $135,148.00
