Discuss and take appropriate action on extending IFB#13IFB00109 Signs and Delineators for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the contract term beginning January 15, 2014 through January 14, 2015.

Background

It is the recommendation to extend this contract for another year with the existing vendors, Garden State Highway Products and Safelane Traffic Supply for the existing pricing, terms and conditions. The CPI dropped 0.4 points since last year's bid, however, the cost for a new bid process would exceed the potential benefit gained from this slight decrease in pricing.
