Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2013 donation dollars for the Parks Department:
Background
The Parks Department received donations throughout the year.  At the end of FY2013, $7,802.03 remained in unspent donation dollars.  This amendment is to appropriate those 2013 donations to be spent in 2014.
