Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the HazMat department:

Background

CAPCOG (Capital Area Council of Governments) has chosen the Williamson County HazMat department to provide the certifications required to respond to HazMat calls. The HazMat department is billing the other CAPCOG team members $700 per person to pay for the materials and supplies to provide the training.
