BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:17 A.M. on TUESDAY, JANUARY 22, 2013, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the December 18, 2012 meeting.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.

Motion: To approve payment of a quarterly invoice to the Williamson Central Appraisal District in the amount of $2,327.50.
