Discuss and take appropriate action on extending Williamson County Bid#12IFB00012 for Flex Base for Williamson County with Industrial Asphalt & Aggregate (formerly RTI Hot Mix) for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract.

Background

This contract will be extended for the same pricing, terms and conditions for the contract period beginning February 1, 2013 through January 31, 2014 as allowed per bid specification. It is the department's recommendation to extend this contract as bidding out at this time may likely result in a price increase for this commodity. For questions please contact Bob Space at x31555.
