Discuss and consider approving a Consulting Services Agreement with CedarCrestone, Inc. for Application Management Services for the Williamson County I.T. Department, not to exceed $56,000.

Background

CedarCrestone will provide Application Management Services and Service Desk Support for the County’s EBS application (database). EBS Remote Support Services will be charged at a rate of $140/per hour with a not to exceed amount of $56,000. DIR contract DIR-SDD-959.
