Presentation of audit of Williamson County Official Public Records for potentially fraudulent documents.

Background

This audit should show an estimate of the potentially fraudulent documents after a sampling of documents was taken and the chain of title researched as well as the deed of trust associated with the deed. Similar audits have been done in San Francisco, Montgomery County Pennsylvania, Essex County Massachusetts, and Guilford County North Carolina. It may also give us a better estimate of how much revenue we have lost because of the alleged illegal withholding of documents on deeds of trust sale of notes. To date it is in the area of $957,208 loss.
