Hear initial presentation from Evergreen Consulting LLC regarding recently awarded contract for Classification and Compensation Market Study.

Background

On December 18, 2012, the Compensation Market Study Steering Committee recommended and the Court awarded a contract to Evergreen Solutions, LLC to perform a Classification and Compensation Market Study.

Beginning at 11:30 on January 22, 2013, Evergreen will be conducting Employee Focus Groups and Orientation Sessions to inform all employees about the market study process. These 1 hour sessions will consist of a 20-30 minute presentation followed with a Question and Answer time. These sessions will be held at various locations throughout the County until Friday morning, 1/25/13.
