Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2012 donation dollars for the EMS department.
Background
The EMS department received donations throughout the year with an unspent amount of $131.67 remaining for FY'12.  This amendment is to appropriate those 2012 donations to be spent in 2013.
