Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Human Resources.

Background

We have two positions which are not currently filled. One of the positions is temporarily filled at this time. Both positions require additional funding to recruit qualified candidates. This line item transfer moves part-time salary funds to allow for job offers to qualified candidates, re-assignment of duties previously performed by a part-time employee and to allow for payment to temporary labor until both positions are filled later this month. By transferring the part-time funds into the F/T Salaries line item, I understand I am forfeiting all 402 part-time funding for the remainder of this fiscal year as well as next fiscal year.
