Discuss and take appropriate action on extending Williamson County bid # 12IFB0003 Rubber Asphalt Crack Sealer with Crafco Texas, Inc. for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract for period beginning January 8, 2013 through December 31, 2013.

Background

This contract will be extended for the same terms and conditions as allowed per bid specifications. It is the department's recommendation to extend this contract as bidding out at this time may likely result in a price increase for this commodity.
