Discuss and take appropriate action on a Consulting Services Agreement between Rely Information Systems, LLC and Williamson County, Texas for DBA patch and upgrade assistance and general DBA support and maintenance of Williamson County's Oracle applications, and exemption of the services to be provided under the agreement from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal services, as set forth under Section 262.024(a)(4) of the Texas Local Government Code.

Background

Rely Information Systems provides Data Base Administrator service for Oracle applications with the County. The entire agreement is not to exceed $82,000.
