		Notice is hereby given that members of the Williamson County Election Commission will assemble at the above referenced public meeting and, at such meeting, deliberate, discuss, consider, receive information and take appropriate action regarding the matters referenced in this Notice of Meeting.

		AGENDA

	1.	Discuss and take appropriate action on the suspension, with or without pay, or termination for good and sufficient cause of the Williamson County Elections Administrator (Texas Election Code § 31.037). NOTE: Pursuant to Texas Election Code § 31.037, the employment of the county elections administrator may be suspended, with or without pay, or terminated at any time for good and sufficient cause on the four-fifths vote of the county election commission and approval of that action by a majority vote of the commissioners court.
