Discuss and consider approving Teravista Section 5 with a revision to note 9 & and the removal of note 11 on the plat to be recorded.

Background

Note 9 originally stated that the plat was in the recharge zone and in reality is in the transition zone. Note 11 stated that the plat was subject to single family criteria and in reality will be commercial (a proposed nursing home).
