Discuss and take appropriate aciton regarding SunGard Public Sector as a sole source provider to the County for OSSI brand software and related services (development, training, implementation).

Background

SunGard Public Sector is the sole provider of software modules as well as development, training, implementation for their OSSI software line. The County has already purchased OSSI software for dispatch, mobile data, and law enforcement records management under an RFP. This affadavit eases procurement of additional products or services should the need arise.
