Discuss and take appropriate action on an Office Lease Extension Agreement between Williamson County and R. Scott Burn d/b/a Reliable Bail Bond for the property located at 310 W. 7th Street, Suite 101 Georgetown.

Background

Per the terms of the original Office Lease Agreement, R. Scott Burn d/b/a Reliable Bail bond may request to extend the office lease for up to two(2) separate extended periods of twelve (12) months each following the Initial Lease Period. The Initial Lease Period Began in 2009. Mr. Burn has made a request to extend the Lease. The Williamson County Commissioners Court has the right to either accept or deny this request to extend the lease. Williamson County has reserved the right to extend this lease or deny a request to extend this lease as it deems in the best interest of Williamson County. This lease extension will be for a twelve (12) month term beginning on April 1, 2012 and terminating on March 31, 2013 with the terms, covenants and conditions of the lease remaining the same for this extension.
