Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for CCL#4
Background

The Probate Auditor in CCL#4 will be on military leave beginning mid January and returning March 26th, 2012.  Some of this leave is paid and the rest is unpaid.  We are utilizing unpaid/unspent salary money to fund as much temp labor as possible.  The remainder will be moved from Non Departmental.
