Discuss and take appropriate action on authorizing Gary Wilson, Williamson County ESOC Project Manager, to issue a Notice to Proceed with Construction Phase Services on the Williamson County Emergency Services Operations Center to J.T. Vaughn Construction Company, L.L.C.

Background

Please see attached draft Notice to Proceed letter. Gary Wilson is waiting to receive a permit from the City of Georgetown so that construction phase services can begin. Once he receives the necessary permit, he would then be able to date the Notice to Proceed letter and issue it to J.T. Vaughn Construction Company, L.L.C. if the court grants him the authority to do so. After receiving the Notice to Proceed, J.T. Vaughn Construction Company, L.L.C. would then need to substantially complete the project within 410 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed and attain final completion with 440 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
