Take appropriate action on Determination Letter for Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), to enroll in the Williamson County Habitat Conservation Plan.

Background

The participation fee for the referenced tract will be $412,063.00. The project area is the State Highway 195 improvements and re-routing, consisting of right-of-way and related appurtenances from the Bell County line to the intersection with IH 35, a distance of approximately 17.7 miles; the specific project area under this participation is that section of SH 195 from 5.5 miles west of IH 35 to 7 miles west of IH 35, comprising approximately 2.9 miles of improvements and re-alignment of that section of SH 195, encompassing 120.63 acres of karst zone impacts; re: Williamson County Conservation Foundation (WCCF) Application 20111219.

A copy of the Determination Letter is attached. This action is fee only for enrollment.
