15. Discuss and consider approving  a grant awarded  for the 2011 National Crime Victims' Rights Week by the National Association of VOCA (Victims of Crime Act). The agreement is between the National Association of VOCA Assistance Administrators ("NAVAA") and the Williamson County Attorney's Office. The funds will be used by the Williamson County Crime Victim Advocates.
