Background

For FY '11 we moved $8,580 out of the salary line item and into the visiting judge line item to cover this expense before Judge Arnold was sworn in. The swearing in occurred nearly a month later than initially thought. This transfer will cover the expenses incurred prior to Judge Arnold taking office.
