Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non Departmental

Background

During Tropical Storm Hermine, our Emergency Management group had some small expenditures related to the storm and were directed to charge these items to our disaster relief line item in the Non Departmental budget. At that time we had $25K in our "disaster relief" line item which has since been moved to Parks for the same related expenses. This transfer will cover the shortfall.
