Last fiscal year the Parks Department ordered engineered wood fiber/mulch (EWF) to fill play areas at Champion Park ($2,366) and Berry Springs Park ($4,600) for repairs associated with Tropical Storm Hermine. When EWF was received, soft wood items were noticed in the mix. The vendor asked us to send mix back to evaluate proper content. Because of these delays, invoicing was delayed as well. This transfer will cover associated FY '10 payments. |
