Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the budget office.
Background
We began working on a budget document two years ago with plans on creating a shorter, more citizen friendly version in the future. We planned on creating the shorter version, the budget in brief, in FY11/12, but we were able to finish it one year ahead of schedule. We would like to transfer funds to cover the printing costs.
