Discuss and take appropriate action a Professional Services agreement between Williamson County and Dr. Adam Barta in relation to the provision of medical services to inmates at the Williamson County Jail.

Background
Dr. Barta will serve up to 48 weeks for 12 hours per week and will be paid $6,000 per month for his services. A provision has been added in regards to the insurance the county is providing. The insurance declaration page will be added to the agreement when it is made available and prior to execution.
