Discuss and take appropriate action regarding approval of Texas Data Exchange (TDEx) Account Administration Form and Texas Data Exchange (TDEx) User/Equipment Agreement.

Background

TDEx is a DPS program which law enforcement agencies enter information into system and can only be used by law enforcement and courts. TDEx is a tool used to look up criminal history, back history and also a program to put mugshots on our warrants. Hal Hawes has reviewed these forms/agreements.
