MOT currently has a staffing situation in which two employees are on FMLA (one intermittently). Due to timing constraints and the need for immediate staffing, it has been determined the best course of action would be to pay existing staff overtime to fill in. The attached spreadsheet illustrates funding necessary for the above. Should this item be approved, a line item transfer will be placed on a subsequent agenda. |
