Discuss and take appropriate action on a Lease Agreement between Williamson County and St. David's Healthcare Partnership, LLP for EMS Ambulance and Personnel Space at the Georgetown Hospital.

Background

Background:

County agrees to pay rent at the annual rate of Twenty Seven Dollars ($27.00) per rentable square foot for the use of the Three Hundred Eighty Four (384) square feet at the Georgetown Hospital. The county will house an EMS crew and two ambulances at the hospital. The county’s Annual Base Rent shall be Ten Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Eight Dollars ($10,368.00) and County’s Monthly Rent Installment shall be Eight Hundred Sixty Four Dollars ($864.00).
