Discuss and take appropriate action on authorizing the County Judge to sign real estate contracts for right-of-way dedication for the extension of Lakeline Boulevard.
Background
The Commissioners Court approved the interlocal agreement with the City of Leander on December 14th for the extension of Lakeline Boulevard. The right-of-way is being dedicated by the landowners and the signed contracts are attached as back-up for this item.
