Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2010 donation dollars for the EMS Department.
Background
The EMS Department received donations throughout the year and at the end of FY2010, $893.73 remained in unspent donation dollars. This amendment is to appropriate those 2010 donations to be spent in 2011.
