Discuss and take appropriate action on agreement for document management software and services pilot.
Background
This was discussed in court on December 14. The court asked me to have the agreement reviewed by Hal. Hal has since reviewed the agreement and is fine with it. This is simply beginning the document management system as requested in the County's strategic plan. We have looked at several viable solutions and have chosen the LaserFiche product offered by MCCi. It incorporates ease of use with flexibility, security and powerful functionality, for the best cost. We will be starting with HR and Purchasing and will add other departments as appropriate and as funding allows.
