Since 2006 The Williamson County CSCD/Adult Probation has not been part of the health care system that the rest of Williamson County departments and employees fall under. When this occured, our department has kept on utilizing the wellness program but with one exception...We have always reimbursed the County for any wellness points/dollars that have been adminstered to any of our employees. Due to the recent change in the perramiters of the wellness program, in which disqualifies our department, we have created a similar wellness program in which would allow our CSCD employees the benefits of wellness but without any cost to the County. The HR Department is in agreement of adminstering this wellness program on behalf of the CSCD and this program will continue to be cost free to the County. |
