Consider authorizing the project transfer request recommended by Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager for the following transfer amounts: $1,000,000.00 from Williams Drive (P183) to SH 195 (P149) and $6,500,000.00 allocated to Right of Way (P180) from Ronald Reagan Phase III (P211) $1,000,000.00, FM 1431 (P186) $1,500,000.00, CR 176 (P173) $1,000,000.00 and Chandler Road Ph3A/3B (P175) $3,000,000.00.

Background

There were shortfalls in SH 195 and Right of Way projects.
